It is no secret that I love a great hair day. If you have been following me for a bit, then you have seen my hair go through some changes with both cut and color. I recently cut several inches off AND lightened it a ton…which I am LOVING! But a lot of people ask me how I continue to keep my hair healthy with the constant color changes and heat that my hairs sees on a day-to-day basis. Well, it’s all in the product people. Yep, I take care of my hair with different products in order to make sure it stays healthy and strong. Insert the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots.

A couple of years ago I attempted to change the color of my hair (again) and ended up frying it completely. It was an attempt at an ombré look and where the blonde began, you could see the damage in my hair clear as day. Fast forward almost two years and those hairs started to break off, leaving me with what felt like very thin hair. I decided to put a halt on coloring and let my hair do its thing naturally, but this is also when I learned that conditioning treatments can be SO helpful for my hair. I have tried many different treatments, but the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots quickly became one of my favorites! Imported from Brazil, the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots are just what I need to keep up that “great hair day” feeling.

Each shot is not only super convenient and easy to use, but they made my hair feel great after just one use. All I had to do on my “wash days” was shampoo my hair as usual, then apply the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots. Each shot is formulated to prevent overdosing, so unlike other treatments, there is no need to hold back. Generously apply from root to tip, let it sit for 30 seconds and rinse for 30 seconds (yep, that’s all it needs!) then rinse and you’re done! It is that simple. No wonder it’s the #1 selling new treatment across the hair category!

As I said before, the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots are easy to use and SUPER convenient. Safe for color, and heat-treated hair, I feel confident with each use that my hair will come out feeling smoother than ever. These single-dose tubes contain a blend of Pro-Vitamin B5, strengthening lipids and natural glycerin that targets those damaged hair areas, giving my hair the strength to take on the day-to-day heat/styling it endures. With each use, the strengthening lipids absorb into your hair (rather than just coating it) which targets those damaged hair pieces. After each use, my hair feels like I have just walked out of the salon which is amazing!

Another great thing about the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots is that they are budget friendly! If you are anything like me then you too have probably invested a pretty penny in your hair. And while I do use plenty of high-end product, I also NEED budget friendly options that I can turn to on a regular basis. I love to work the Intense Rescue Shots into my routine once a week to get that strength and shine that my hair needs!

Taking care of my hair has become one of my top priorities in my beauty routine. It is clear that the color and heat can leave my hair feeling dry and damaged, so naturally I want to do all that I can to replenish the missing nutrients. Being able to work the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots into my routine have been a GAME CHANGER and I am loving how my hair feels…even after just one use!

The Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots just hit shelves in the US and are available at here!

Be sure to keep your own hair healthy and give it the love it needs. Enjoy an extra minute during your “me time” and love on your hair! It will thank you in the end!
