70's Vibes

Get ready everyone.  This week I will be bringing you a variety of looks that embrace the 70's trends making their way back around the block.  Without even realizing it, I quickly embraced these re-born styles, so much so that my husband jokes with me that I was a hippie in my former life.  It could very well be true because my attire lately has gravitated towards these fun 70's vibes!

I'm sure everyone remembers how much I love burgundy.  This beautiful color is rich and brings life to many of my looks.  When I saw this top at ZARA, I knew immediately it was going to come home with me.  The floral pattern is stunning and its use of my favorite color made the decision a no-brainer.  This top fits beautifully and the floral print is perfect for the fall!  It is very light weight, which is great for our warmer temperatures, and I can always add a jacket to stay warm when needed!

Another item that is making a larger presence in my closet is the flare pants.  I bought a pair of jeans over the summer (worn here) that are perfect for giving me that elongated look.  Because I wear those SO much, I decided I really wanted a black pair to add to the rotation.  A few months back I found these GOLDSIGN pants on Shopbop and was very intrigued.  The price was higher than I wanted to pay so I held off but never found another pair I was willing to commit to.  I began to debate these pants again and decided to go for it (even though it was a splurge) and quite honestly they might be the best pair of pants I own!  They are SO soft and fit PERFECTLY!  They almost have more of a cotton/stretch feel to them as opposed to blue jeans, but they hug me in all the right places and have kept their shape beautifully!  They have just the right amount of flare and length to them, I wear them ALL the time!  Definitely a great investment!
